Your dashboard shows the role-specific learning content assigned to your account. The topics and exercises you see depend on what your organisation has prepared.
Personal lessons
Open your assigned job templates and topics. Work with words, example sentences and questions from the selected learning content.

Answer questions and review feedback on your answers. Available quizzes and tests relate to the content of each topic.
Focused practice
Practise meanings, words and sentences. Translations, images, audio and speaking exercises are available where configured and supported by your device.

View completed activities, results and scores in your dashboard. See where you left off and which topics you can practise further.
LEARNING IN PRACTICE

There is no single course for everyone: an administrator prepares the topics, words and questions. You can practise a topic again and review your results.
Choose a topic
Start from your dashboard with a topic in your assigned learning path. This might be a conversation, a workplace agreement or a task, if your organisation has added that content.
Practise and receive feedback
The lesson uses the words and questions in the topic. Quiz feedback helps you understand your answer; listening and speaking depend on available audio and device support.
Practise with the AI Coach
For topics with the AI Coach enabled, you can have a practice conversation. This requires a working AI connection. AI answers can be incorrect; discuss important questions with your mentor.
Look back and move forward
Your activities and results help you and authorised mentors follow your development. Scores or completed lessons are not a qualification or a guarantee of employment.

This website explains WIN, work, employers and news. WIN Buddy App opens through the login and contains the personal learning environment and administrator dashboard. A news article or staffing request on the website is not a lesson or an app account.
Public website
Learn about WIN and get in touch. You do not need an app account to read the website.
Personal learning environment
After signing in, open the environment for your role. Your learning content, activities and results belong to your account.
Support from people
The app supports practice. Personal contact with WIN or your organisation remains important for your work situation, questions and agreements.

A shared view of development.
The app has learner, company, administrator and super administrator accounts. Available menus and features depend on the role, organisation and configured permissions.
Learner
Follows assigned learning content, practises, completes quizzes and views personal results and their own profile.
Company account
Works in the organisation dashboard with learners from its own organisation and can view the learner experience. Available management menus depend on configured permissions.
Administrator and super administrator
Manage users, organisations, job templates, topics and learning content where their permissions allow. The super administrator can also configure roles and available menus.

Ask WIN or your organisation how your account and learning path are set up. Use the login to open your personal environment.

Get access
Your organisation or WIN explains your account and sign-in method. Without assigned learning content, your dashboard may still be empty.

Sign in
Open the login and use your own account. The login page offers email and Google; available sign-in methods depend on the environment’s configuration.

Open your environment
Learners enter the learning environment. Company accounts, administrators and super administrators open the dashboard for their role and permissions.

Learn and discuss your progress
Start with an assigned topic. Repeat where needed and discuss with your mentor which exercise or next step suits you.

What you can use depends on your account and the learning content your organisation offers. Open your dashboard to see which lessons and exercises are ready for you. Ask your mentor which options belong to your learning path.
Local demo
The demo uses example data in browser memory. Reloading clears the demo login and changes. AI, uploads and email are not connected.
Your lessons and exercises
You see the topics assigned to your account. Images, translations and audio help you practise where they are available for those topics.
AI Coach when available
You can get extra practice with the AI Coach if your organisation offers it for the topic. If no coach is available, continue with the lesson or ask your mentor for help.
QUESTIONS ABOUT WIN BUDDY APP
Good to
know.
Do I need a personal account?
Yes. Ask WIN or your organisation for access and suitable learning content. Use your own account; the dashboard and available features depend on your role.
Why are lessons different between accounts?
Your dashboard uses the learning content assigned to your account. Topics, exercises, translations and the AI Coach may differ between learning paths.
Can I use the app on a computer?
You can open the web app in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Audio and speech features require device support and may need your permission.
Does the AI Coach replace my mentor?
No. The AI Coach is an additional practice tool for enabled topics and works only with a connected AI service. An answer can be incorrect. Discuss personal or important work questions with a person.
Are results a qualification or proof of readiness for work?
No. Results show how you have practised in the app. They are not an accredited qualification, a workplace safety assessment or a guarantee of a job.
What if signing in or an exercise does not work?
Check that you are using the right environment and your own account. Then ask WIN or your organisation for help. Do not send passwords or other secrets.
